Probably my biggest earner of the GPT websites is This Site Is For Real. Crazy name, awesome results!
What separates This Site Is For Real is the referall program.

This post is in regards to Hits4Pay.
Paid to Read E-Mails are a quick and easy source of revenue, as far as I am concerned. All you generally have to do is open up an email, click on a link, and then look at an advertisement, and you are done!
